This maroon pads are eco-friendly pads that can be used to dry strip your floor with or without water. Depending on the number coats of wax on your floor, this stripping process may take 3 to 5 passes on average. While these maroon pads are the most aggressive when used dry, you can wet them down to if you wish to have some form of dust control. To strip your floors using standard chemicals, we recommend using our since they are the traditional tool for chemical based stripping.

The extra benefit of using these Eco-Prep pads in a dry environment is that a mop bucket and wet/dry vacuum are not needed to pick up the slurry as you work. Dry stripping also saves you money thanks to not needing to spend the money on , thus reducing the total cost of re-finishing your floor.

Please Note: Even though these pads will do a great job in stripping the top layers of wax off, they will never remove 100% of the old wax off the floor. To accomplish this, you'll need to perform a .

	Very Important: This 3/8" pad MUST be used with the you see pictured to the left here. If you attach the Eco-prep pad alone to the underside of your machine it will damage your floor. The pad driver has many small pins that hold a pad on - without enough padding those pins will score your flooring.
