This is a two piece avant garde luxe royal blue velvet 2 piece evening dress alternative by Norma Kamali. The ensemble includes a long sleeve top and a pleated mini skirt, both with snaps to close.

The top of this amazing set can be worn with a high collar or left open. The metal snaps run along this top from the collar down to the hem. The leg o mutton sleeves add the perfect amount of drama to this comfortable, versatile top! The mini skirt has metal snap closures along the sides of the hips and there is a thick waist band with pleats starting at the bottom of the band.

Norma Kamali was designing athleisure wear before there was a name for it! She is one of our personal favorite designers and always search for her vintage pieces.
