This is a truly rare Chanel piece from the 1970's! It is a goldtone brooch pin in the shape of a double bar with a simple hitch knot at the centre. From this knot hangs a large faux tearshaped pearl connected to the pin by a small round green glass bead. Understated simplicity!

Please note the pin is not gold plated but is made from a goldtoned metal, likely brass, in its original unplated condition.

The pin has a trombone clasp that is fully functional.

Measurements

The  pin is 3.5" long (8.5cms), total drop measures 2.25" (5.5cms). The reverse of the pin is signed 'CHANEL' .

This vintage Chanel pin is in excellent vintage condition, with some slight darkening to the metal consistent with age.

It comes with its own Chanel box.
